Centerless Grinding System

This system will monitor the OD of your bar and offers a feedback control output to control your grinding wheel. It also offers a graph on a 15" touscreen dispaly, an alarm light pole with audible sound, and a swivel display that you can rotate up or down the line to view a size measurement from a distance.

Dual Axis System

This system will use two single axis head units to give us the X, Y, and XY size measurements on a 15" touchscreen display. It also displays a graph that plots live measurements every second and offers an alarm light pole with audible sound and a second display that swivels up and down the line to view size measurements from a distance.

Stack Head System

Measurement range: 1.0" - 6.0"

Accuracy: .0008"

This system can measure larger ODs by increasing the spacing between the two head units. It can be set for read only or you can use our Centerless Grinding Software with closed loop control. 

Servo System

System Specifications and Description

Measurement range: 0.0" - 60.0"

Accuracy: .0008"

This system will monitor the OD sizes of large round products with the ease of automation control. At the push of a button on our 15" touchscreen display, our lasers will move into position and perform OD measurements. We are capable of measuring diameters up to 60.000" with an accuracy of .0008" for many large round objects, including paper cores, steel tubing, plastic tubing, and bar stock.
